• The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or over

• Merry Men Foundation accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or unpaid for

• To enter fill in your details as directed on the web page and make the approproate payment

• Merry Men Foundation will send verification of each ticket purchased to the email address provided by the purchaser

• All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on the date indicated on the information page of the raffle

• The winners will be notified on date indicated on the information page of the raffle

• The winners must acknowledge their raffle win within 5 days of selection. If the prize is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and the Merry Men Foundation reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substiute winner selected in accordance with these rules
